Stourton Caundle Village Hall – About the Charity
Stourton Caundle Village Hall is a Registered Charity (Charity No: 1210518)
The village hall is for the use of the inhabitants of Stourton Caundle and its neighbourhood without distinction of political, religious or other opinions including use for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
Would you like to get involved and become a member?
In October 2024 we formed a new charity to manage our village hall with an updated constitution to bring it in line with modern charity law.
As well as having five trustees, the new village hall charity will have a group of members who will participate in meetings and vote on important decisions regarding the hall.
We are keen to include as many local people into the operation of the hall as possible so membership of the new charity will be open to any individual who has an interest in the hall and is keen to support its work by participating in meetings.
So please do consider if you would like to become a member of the village hall charity and if you do please email the secretary Pete Bull on petebull14142@gmail.com
